We collect name, email, phone, enquiry details, payment references, project assignment details, and download logs needed to provide support and maintain delivery evidence.

Payment card, UPI, and netbanking processing is handled by Razorpay. We store Razorpay order/payment identifiers, not sensitive card data.

Data is used for service delivery, support, compliance, fraud prevention, and audit records.
