Privacy Policy

We collect name, email, phone, enquiry details, payment references, project assignment details, and download logs needed to provide support and maintain delivery evidence.

Payment card, UPI, and netbanking processing is handled by Razorpay. We store order, payment, status, and bank-reference identifiers needed for reconciliation, but we do not store full card or banking credentials. Historical Cashfree and Razorpay identifiers may be retained for audit and refund support.

Data is used for service delivery, support, compliance, fraud prevention, refunds, and audit records.
