Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund requests are reviewed before digital delivery begins. Once source code, report, PPT, documentation, or project files are delivered or downloaded, refunds may not be available for that delivered digital package.

Duplicate or failed payments verified through Razorpay or bank records will be corrected or refunded as applicable. A failed attempt is not treated as payment unless Razorpay confirms the order as paid.

Contact info@myprojectguru.in with the Razorpay payment ID, order ID, student name, and project title for refund review.
